Movie goers in the Newton Stewart area will now see images of the “Drug Dealers Don't Care. Do you?” campaign prior to the Big Film. The Cinema has also displayed posters and leaflets to help spread the message of Crimestoppers Scotland – if you see something, say something.
Our roving ambassador South West Sound’s breakfast show host Tommy ‘TJ the DJ’ Jardine has his sights set on the odd World Premier, now that he has a taste for the movie business in rural Wigtownshire!
Stewartry Police are re-launching their Radio Link Campaign and will involve Crimestoppers Scotland. Education & Community Services have taken approx 2,000 leaflets for distribution across the region, and we shall also feature via a link on their Mini web facility.
The £250K signage / awareness project continues to roll out across the region. There’s never a dull moment in Dumfries and Galloway these days, thanks to Tommy’s enthusiasm and appetite for projecting the Crimestoppers message that the charity in Scotland is enjoying its best ever year. So remember – tell us what you know, not who you are. One call can cuff them!
Tommy Jardine ready for a wake up call!
